Why is the run command not visible on my command bar (tool ribbon)?

The Run command (green triangle) is not visible on the MATLAB Tool ribbon. Why not?

@Mansi what solved it? What is what @Luca Ferro said in the Answer below? That you did not have your cursor in focus in an editor text window and your tab on the tool ribbon was not set to the Editor tab? Without more context i would guess that:

a. you don't have a script open

b. you are not in the editor
