Why am I unable to view MATLAB Grader as a license administrator?

I am a license administrator on a MATLAB Grader license which is current on the Software Maintenance Service. I am logged in to my MathWorks Account, but when I try to go to grader.mathworks.com, I get this error:

Are you an instructor?

You don't appear to have access to MATLAB Grader. MATLAB Grader is a benefit of Software Maintenance Service. Please contact your MathWorks representative.

Are you a learner?

You don't appear to be enrolled in a MATLAB Grader-based course yet. Check that you received an email invitation from your instructor. Be sure to sign in with the email address associated with the course.

Only end users of a MATLAB license can access MATLAB Grader at grader.mathworks.com.

If you are a license administrator on a campus-wide MATLAB Grader license and you want to access MATLAB Grader, you can do so by simply adding your MathWorks account as an end user on your MATLAB Individual license.

1. Select the MATLAB (Individual) license in the License Center
2. Go to "Manage Users" and click "Add User(s)"
3. Enter the email address, First Name and Last Name associated with your existing MathWorks Account
4. Click "Add User"
5. Sign out of mathworks.com and sign back in. Confirm that you can now access grader.mathworks.com
