The contribution by @Oguz Kaan Hancioglu shows you what you need to do in order to get different y axes on each side, and thus appears to be a correct answer. You can use yyaxis to create these ype of figure.
x = linspace(0,10);
y = sin(3*x);
yyaxis left
plot(x,y)
z = sin(3*x).*exp(0.5*x);
yyaxis right
plot(x,z)
ylim([-150 150])
