How to find Maximum Likelihood Estimation of Images?

I have preprocessed the image to a grayscale image.
I want to find the Maximum Likelihood of the image with maximun accuracy, can someone please help me with the code?

Use the mle function. However according to the documentation section on data the input must be a vector, so the call to it would need to be:
[phat,pci] = mle(YourGrayScaleImage(:));
with other name-value pair arguments as appropriate.

Hello Image Analyst.
Since I'm new to MATLAB, it would be of very much help if I could get the code for "MLE on images". As very little information regarding it is available on the internet, I'm not able to find the maximum likelihood of images.

If you are interested in image classification, see for example Maximum-Likelihood Image Classification. This is behind a paywall, however you can probably get it through your university library.
