iLLD drivers for Embedded Coder Support Package for Infineon AURIX TC4x Microcontrollers not available

12 views (last 30 days)
In the "Embedded Coder Support Package for Infineon AURIX TC4x Microcontrollers", the installation link for the Infineon Low Level Drivers iLLD provided during the setup (https://itoolspriv.infineon.com/itbhs/api/packages/com.ifx.tb.tool.tc4xxilld/Versions/2.0.1.1.18/artifacts/iLLD_TC4xx_2_0_1_1_18_Package.zip/download) redirects to a "403 Forbidden" error page.
I am registered in Infineon and "myInfineon Collaboration Platform", the link does not work even after logging in.
Is there any other way to get and install the iLLD package?
I already have contacted my Infineon representative.

Hi Pedro Martinez,
I was wondering if you have access to the installation link for the iLLD (Infineon Low Level Driver) for TC4x. I'm facing the same issue and would appreciate it if you could provide me with the installation link or any assistance you may have.

Hi Aya,
Please contact Infineon support directly (use the contact details of your "myInfineon" landing page)
A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) must be in place between your company and Infineon.
Hope it helps, so far, this is the only way.
Pedro

Hi Pedro Martinez,
If the installation link provided during the setup of the "Embedded Coder Support Package for Infineon AURIX TC4x Microcontrollers" is not working and you're unable to download the Infineon Low Level Drivers (iLLD) package, there are a few alternative ways you can try
As you have already reached out to Infineon's technical support team to request assistance with downloading the iLLD package. They should be able to provide you with alternative download links or offer other solutions.
Infineon maintains a software repository that contains all of their software and development tools. You can access this repository by registering with myInfineon Collaboration Platform and navigating to the "Downloads" section of the Infineon website.
Check other software repositories: The iLLD package may be available on other reputable software repositories. Some examples include SourceForge, GitHub, or official Infineon partners' platforms. You'll need to search for the package and verify that you're downloading it from a trusted source.
I hope these suggestions help you to download and install the iLLD package for the Infineon AURIX TC4x Microcontrollers.
Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns!

The add-on requires the iLLD to be the iLLD_TC4xx_2_0_1_1_18_Package (even that a newer version might be available), and only Infineon can give you access to that package.
