I have to configure SPI Blockset.. Please I need Help

I made a program earlier to the specific target, I stopped at SPI Configuration, I would like to know how to configure SPI BLockset, ?

I do also have to pay attention to datasheet or ?

what is SPI Ref ? and SPI RX/TX ......
