Is it possible to handle a slider with an 'on-line' update? I mean, updating the value continously during the sliding.

As far as I see, the callback function is called and executed when the slider is released. But is it possible to update something continously during the sliding move?

Yes, use the ValueCHangingFcn callback

Note that this is uislider for uifigure(), not uicontrol 'slider' for traditional figure()
