for a two MOS switch two diodes buck-boost converter with an input of 0.02V, resistor load of 2,142,857.143 Ω, inductance of 1 micro henry and capacitance of 1 micro farad; what would be the inductor initial current and capacitor initial voltage?

Hi Danikha,
As per my understanding, you would like to find out the inductor initial current and capacitor initial voltage for a given input voltage. I am assuming the buck-boost converter operates in continuous-conduction mode.
However, to determine the initial values of the inductor and capacitor voltage, you would need the value of "duty cycle" or "switching frequency". After getting the value, you can follow the below steps to find out the initial conditions:
The steady-state equations for the inductor current and capacitor voltage are given by:
Initial Inductor Current, I_L0 = V_in.D / L(1-D)
Initial Capacitor Voltage, V_C0 = V_in.D / (1-D),
where V_in is the input voltage, and 'D' is the duty cycle (0<D<1).
Kindly refer to the following documentation links to have more information on:
Hope that helps!
