why is app3 not stopping up?

Hi
I want the uifigure in app3 to show up as many times as the user specifies the nr of zones in app2 then I have some procedures that run and then then I have a closing callback function to delete the app 3 and as I understood it should close all the uifigure I have, but it is not working..
Can anybody help me with my problem, ? :)
