Is there a problem with running MATLAB Runtime on WINDOWS 11?

Whenever I'm trying to run a compiled application using MATLAB Runtime on my new laptop Lenovo L14 I7 gen11 with WIN11 PRO, instead of hearing the sound files there is a noise. After opening the application once, the noise continues and I cann't listen to any sound file (for example via YouTube). Is this problem is related to WIN11? to MATLAB or to the hardware of the laptop?

I don't have a solution for you, but I suspect that those who do would like to know hat kind of noise (and whether or not it persists after closing the application), and which version you're using.
The noise sound like white noise. After the first time that I open an application using MATLAB Runtime and try to play a sound, the noise begins and continues when I try to play a sound using different applications. Sometimes the noise continues even when I didn't play anything. My MATLAB Runtime version is R2021b 9.11.
I would appreciate your help
