Deactivate product from old devices

Hello, I have a student license in MATLAB and it is currently activated in 3 computers, 2 of them i no longer have access to. I want to deactivate these devices so I can activate it once again on another device. I tried to deactivate matlab in the current device i have access to and seem to be successful. However, when I try to activate on my new device, a window stating "No machine transfers available" will pop out.

My first thought was I did not deactivate it properly on the other device. So I thought of deactivating online using the instructions from mathworks.

Here's where the other problem lies. The Install and Activate tab case does not have a link to deactivate a computer, or at least i do not see one. I would want to do the deactivation through this since I can deactivate the 2 other device I no longer have access to.

Then just simply call tech support on the phone. Ask for Tech Support->Installation
