Import data into Satellite Link Budget Analyzer App

Hello,

Is there a way to modify the default links (not just specific parameters) given by the Satellite Link Budget Analyzer App?

I exported the code (using 'Export' via the app) and I would like to change the link configurations (for example, I need only two out of the 3 and maybe later on would like different formulas). I tried to open the file i saved in .mat format from the app and "dot indexing is not supported for variables of this type" message is shown. I tried to load the original file back to the app and same thing happens.

In the description page it looks like it should be possible but I may misunderstood.

Hi Shachar,

According to the description provided, it seems you want to change the number of links & default configuration of app.

• As per the documentation it is not possible to change the configuration of the app itself.
• Even though you export the app as MATLAB script, it gives options to change the properties or add new ones for different entities.
• But the number and connection of entities would be difficult to modify.
• If you want to see the impact of each link on the calculation of “Link budget”, then maybe you can check-uncheck the various links from the “Select Links” dropdown in the Budget Analyzer Toolstrip.
