I am not able to add Electrical blocks from Simulink Simscape

Check if you have license for Simscape Electrical. You can check your license details using ver command.

You do not have an active license for Simscape Electrical.

The 'ver' command does NOT give you an extract of all toolboxes for which you have an active license. It will only list all the toolboxes which have been installed and also your license number. It may be that the toolbox you previously had a license for is now lapsed.

You need to log into the Mathworks account linked to the license to check your active licenses.
