The HumanActivityData data set contains over 380000 observations of five different physical human activities captured at a frequency of 10 Hz. Each observation includes x, y, and z acceleration data measured by a smartphone accelerometer sensor.

Assuming you are using MATLAB R2024a, I believe you are talking about this example: https://www.mathworks.com/help/stats/human-activity-recognition-simulink-model-for-deployment.html.
To obtain the dataset, you can simply open the example using the following command:
openExample('stats/HARDeploymentExample')
Once the example is open, the MAT-file should be present in the working directory and you should be able to use it in other applications.
Even if you are using a different version of MATLAB and are using a different example, the above workflow should work for you.
