I have this model:

When "Fault" - Light Red

When "No_Fault" - Light Gray ("Light Off")

But I have one condition: If "Fault" == Light Red AND Time>10s: Light Gray

So, basically, if Time>10s, turn off Light.

How can I do it in simulink??
