How to simulate determining the angle from the initial conditions when the IPMSM motor is stationary using a power model?

You can define the initial values of Id Iq currents, angle and speed in the block mask.

Do you know the method they use in this?
To obtain data for a real motor and use this data to create a nonlinear motor model for simulation, how would you go about calculating it?

Yes, the method used in the example: Estimate Initial Rotor Position Using Pulsating High-Frequency and Dual-Pulse Methods - MATLAB & Simulink Example (mathworks.com) is a closed loop technique similar to phase locked loop.
