Where can I download the data in excel which is used in MATLAB for example patients.mat etc

I am using MATLAB for statistical analysis and they have used a lot of data to show each topics but I want to download these data to better understand each functions and the output

Try this:

load patients.mat

patients = table(LastName,Gender,Age,Height,Weight,Smoker,Systolic,Diastolic);

writetable(patients, "patients.xlsx","FileType","spreadsheet")
