Setting parameters in Signal Editor block in simulink

Hi,

I have been trying to simulate a manipulator model using simscape multibody.

I am using a signal editor block to provide command on how to move the manipulator (like the position of each joint). But I have been doing this process all manually, and thinking that it would be nice if I could set parameters automaticslly by reading parameters from an excel file.

Is there any way I can refer to parameters on excel book and reflect them on a signal editor block?
