How to Interpolate data from a geotiff on the grid of another geotiff

I have 2geotif files that correspond almost to the same grid but not exactly. I need to interpolate the data grom the larger one on the grid of the smaller one.

[A, R] = geotiffread('SSTBathyAO1_Lolli.tif');

[A2, R2] = geotiffread('SST_bathy_AO_UTM_model2.tif');

In other words, I need the values in A2 to fit the size of A, but I want this grid change to respect the geographical informations asociated (in R and R2).

Your question isnt perfectly clear. Have you tried using readgeoraster function instead of geotiffread? Could you try to visualize the current grid and explain what you are looking to create?
