Those are the files that come along with MATLAB Drive/Online.
You can delete the folder if you don't want to keep it.

MATLAB Drive and MATLAB Online use hidden folders and hidden files in order to maintain a record of synced files and folders and persist state.
On the desktop, these hidden files and folders allow MATLAB Drive to maintain consistency. If the folder is no longer being actively synced you can remove these files, but if you are still using MATLAB Drive removing them will cause problems for the syncing software and potentially leave it in a bad state. These files are not synced to MATLAB Drive and persist only on your machine.
MATLAB Online uses files in your MATLAB Drive to persist your session (i.e. workspace and figures) between re-logins. You should not attempt to delete these files.
If you are seeing a discrepancy in MATLAB Drive Online (in the browser) it is likely due to a MATLAB Online session file.
