Matlab-Zemax Connection

Hello,
Today the connection between matlab and zemax has slowed down. There is a directory (uigetfile) within the program to select the *.zos file. This part was running in 10 seconds and I could select a file, but now this time is about 10 minutes. I deleted and reinstalled both programs but the problem persists.
Your experiences and answers are very important to me. Thank you from now.
