How to define the input and output parameters while exporting a Simulink Model to Standalone FMU (for co-simulation with STAR CCM+)?

I am attempting to generate a standalone FMU from a Simulink model that describes the deployment of a wing. I have created the basic Simulink model and exported it to an FMU using Simulink compiler. However, when I read the FMI library in STAR-CCM+, the Imported and Exported values are missing. I suspect this may be due to improper input/output definition in Simscape.
I would like to know how to define these input/output parameters in Simscape. Specifically, which functional blocks need to be used for this purpose?

안녕하세요.
Simscape로 개발하신 모델을 FMU로 Export 하기 위해선 Simulink Compiler를 활용해야 하며, 일반적인 방법은 아래와 같습니다.
