Connecting Physical Signals to Domain-Specific Signals

I'm attempting to replace the car chassis with a motorcycle chassis and suspension to the Fuel Cell Motor Vehicle example on Simscape.

I have used P-S converters, however they haven't fully fixed the connector issues, wondering how I can fix this.

can you elaborate on what you mean by p-s converters not having their issues fixed? They are should work fine for converting between simulink and simscape both for inputs and outputs. You will need to connec them to the correct controlled source and correct sensor to appropriately interface with the simscape model. For instance, a controllled torque source or controlled rotational velocity source will let you bring a simulink signal in, convert to ps signal, and then attatch to the the controlled source.
