Hi every one,
I have a data of ( 400000*9) matrix, and I need to segment it into: first: nonoverlaping with window size is 32 ms, and second with overlaping 50% of the window size ,the sampling frequency of the original data is 2048

Use the Signal Processing Toolbox buffer function on each column individually.
The number of samples to use as the second argument is the time multiplied by the sampling frequency.
Here, that is —
Fs = 2048;
segment = 32E-3;
samples = round(Fs * segment)
samples = 66
Other options to produce an integer for ‘samples’ are floor or ceil. The buffer funciton can also accommodate the overlap requirement.
