How to plot the transfer function for a seismic wave

I have created the equation below from seismic analysis of s-waves. I am trying to figure out how to plot the bode plot for this function using Matlab. The equation is the tranfer function for the earthquake wave and I am trying to figure out how to plot it.

well, is that a transfer function ??
what is the input ?
what is the output ?
a wave alone is either consider as an input signal (for example to the model of a bridge or building, where we want to see the k th floor response) or is itself the output of a model (earth crust under geological forces) , but a signal cannot be a transfer function (and vice versa)
The equation is in terms of angular velocity ω. I want to plot that function on a bode plot to see what the transfer function looks like graphiclly.
I cannot read it, since it has ambiguous symbols.
It looks like:
and that makes no sense to me.
Please re-write it neatly or use the Σ (LaTeX utility in the top toolstrip) to write it in the appropriate notation.

Please see the image below aplogies for the poor hand writing. I hope this clears things up. The "i" is the imaginary part. The equation is a tranfer function due to transfering from rock to soil, so I want to see what the plot looks like to able to gauge the effect of the wave on the soil layer.
