How can I dowload R2017b?

I unistalled a previous R2017b but now I am not able to install again, How can I do?

Go to control panel and check if MATLAB is uninstalled. If not, then uninstall it from there.

Or You can try deleting the folder where you had installed MATLAB earlier. For example, "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2019b" is the folder where I have installed MATALB version R2019b.

Try installing again.
