How to treat 200 rows of data as an event when constructing a Timetable, as a piece of data, the size is 200*1

There is a table, if the sampling rate is set to 200 when constructing the Timetable,TT = timetable(var,'SampleRate',200) ,then the time of each row of the Timetable is 0.005s, 0.01s etc, but what I want is that the time of each row is 1s, 2s, 3s, and the corresponding var data shape of each row is 200*1, what should I do?

If your data is all numeric (or convertable to numeric), then:
YourCell = mat2cell(YourNumericData, 200*ones(1,size(YourNumericData,1)/200)), size(YourNumericData,2));

Using the “array2timetable” function, you can directly convert numeric data from arrays to a timetable. This can be done as follows:
X = rand(10, 200); % Assuming the data is stored in a 10 x 200 numeric array.
Time = seconds(1:10); % Timing intervals, set to 1s time step each.
TT = array2timetable(X, 'RowTimes', Time) % Convert the arrays to a timetable.
TT = 10x200 timetable

This is not what is being asked for. The user asked how to group 200 consecutive rows of data into a single event -- to get timetable entries where the individual rows in the timetable are 200 x 1 each.
