Hello,
I have two satellite images a panchromatic and a multispectral one. They are both raw, meaning unprojected and not aligned, so I understand that I would need to both project them in a reference coordinate system (epsg code is 32612)and then to align them.
I looked at some matlab functions (projfwd) but I find it confusing that I did not find the function that projects the actual image/raster.
Do you have some suggestions on how to proceed for projection and alignment?
Thanks for your help,
Daniel

Can you please share both the satellite images so that I can try to reproduce the issue at my end and look out for a possible workaround ?

Try the Registration Estimator app on the Apps tab of the tool ribbon. I haven't used it but with most or all apps, you can export the final code.
