I am trying to write a script to convert a test case from baseline to Real- Time using test manager. However I am unable to do it programmatically. Is there any way to do it ?

I am trying to write a script to run a series of test cases and would like to open Test Manager as little as possible. I have found that you can programmatically create a test case and specify the type as either 'baseline','equivalence', or 'simulation'. However, I have not been able to find a type to create a test case for real-time simulation without having to open Test Manager.

There's no way to programmatically convert an existing test case into a Real-Time test case, but when first creating a test programmatically with the createTestCase function, you can set the 'runOnTarget' option to true and that will create a Real-Time test.
The syntax is tc = createTestCase(ts, type, name, runOnTarget)

The 'runOnTarget' property is generally private but can be set with createTestCase. The syntax for your first image should be tc = createTestCase(testSuite, 'Simulation', 'new_tc', true)
If that still doesn't work, can you let me know which release you are using?

Hello Guilherme,
Thankyou for your quick reply to the said query.
The command is working perfectly for me to create a test case of type "Real-Time".
The release I am currently using is MATLAB R2023b.
