2 Wheeled Mobile Robots implemented in Leader-Follower formation control approach

hi, everyone
i have a project in my university to design a matlab model of two WMRs in leader-follower formation control approach in which both robots move in a straight line with distance one metre apart & a leader with variable velocity while minimizing the error in distance with any type of controller.
Hope anyone can help me with it
