Your network adapter and Windows Firewall settings indicate that the local IP address of your Windows machine is "192.168.33.30," while the IP address of your remote device (DCA1000EVM) is "192.168.33.180." However, your MATLAB setup for the DCA1000EVM is currently attempting to connect to your local Windows machine. Please update the configuration to connect to "192.168.33.180" instead.
For additional troubleshooting assistance, please refer to this guide on setting up and connecting with the DCA1000EVM: https://www.mathworks.com/help/radar/troubleshooting-dca1000evm.html

Hey,
Can you try the below:
- Run the ipconfig command in the Command Prompt and share the output.
- Try disconnecting the Radar from the DCA1000 and then:
Connect the DCA1000 to a power supply
Ensure that switch SW3 is set to DC_JACK_5V_IN and SW2.5 is in the SW_config position
Wait for 10-15 seconds, then attempt the test connection again.
3. Try disabling all other network connections, including Wi-Fi, except for the connection to the DCA1000 network. (This is the least probable cause, try this if step 2 doesn’t work).
