I am making a DC DC converter circuit with rectifier. The Output is a constant voltage. When I ran my circuit with out feedback, the output is almost near to expectations. But when I use a feedback system with PID controller, even after tuning it, my output is 0. Is anyone familiar with this problem?

As I understand it, you are trying to use a "rectifier" in conjunction with a "DC-DC converter" along with feedback using "PID". The rectifier will convert AC to DC, and the DC-DC converter will regulate the output voltage to your desired level using PID control. The following link illustrates a DC-DC converter with PID control:
To design a rectifier, you can follow the example at the following link:
Hope this helps!
