I'm trying to implement a speed boost ability that I created from one code and add it to another piece of code

I'm trying to implement a speed boost ability that I created in newupd.m and add it into Board_1_Thai.m which is the main game with all the abilities however everytime i have tried to do so it just breaks the game, sometimes breaking the bomb collection, sometimes one of the abilities dont work or nothing works.

the point of the the game is to be a 2 player 1v1 style game and whoever collects the most bombs win with abilities that either hurt or aid you
