Use Latex for all fonts in plot

Hi,

I would like to use latex on every font I use on a plot. Is there a better way to do this instead of indicating the interpreter on every line?

I already have use:

set(groot, 'defaultAxesTickLabelInterpreter','latex')
set(groot, 'defaultLegendInterpreter','latex')

which works for ticks and legend, but what about titles, numbers on colorbar and contour numbers?

set(groot, 'DefaultTextInterpreter', 'latex')

As well as the two you set, I also set the default text interpreter
