How to resolve the "file compression option enabled" warning when upgrading Simulink Project to MATLAB R2024a?

I am currently updating a Simulink Project involving Simulink models using "Project Upgrade" from MATLAB R2023a to MATLAB R2024a.

I see the following warning in the Project update diagnostics:

file compression option enabled

How can I resolve this warning?

This warning is related to the "SLX Compression" property of your Simulink model, which is found in "Property Inspector" > "Properties" in the "Design" pane of the "Modeling" tab in the Simulink Toolstrip.

Set the "SLX Compression" property to "None" and save the Simulink model in MATLAB R2024a. This should resolve the warning.
