Look up the documentation plot(). There are plenty of simple examples that you can learn to plot it yourself.

Consiider fplot.
I have n o idea what ‘forina’ refers to, however the rest is straightforward —
b = 2;
y = @(x) sqrt(9*x + b);
figure
fplot(y, [0 5])
grid
