Sign In Window Appears Blank

Good morning,

Hello MATLAB Community,

I am encountering an issue with my MATLAB application. When I run a code that requires the Statistic Machine Learning Toolbox, I receive an error indicating that I am missing the license for this toolbox. I suspect this is related to a sign-in problem.

Whenever I attempt to sign in via the application, the sign-in window appears blank. However, I can access my profile without any issues when I log in through the internet browser. I believe this might be preventing MATLAB from detecting my active license.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?

"I installed the latest version of MATLAB, and it worked. However, I was previously using the 2023b version, so I don't think the version was the issue. Regardless, I recommend reinstalling.

I am having the same issue. I use Statistic and Machine Learning Toolbox and the code doesn't run.

Deleting login in credentials worked for day or two but back to the same problem. If it's important work maybe consider following the procedure here (https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/2136803-login-problems-with-matlab-2024a#answer_1490616) otherwise probably need to wait for MathWork to figure this out.

I found another fix, accidently. End all MathWorks Service Host processes including connector and reopen MATLAB. It automatically signs you in again without requiring to delete the folders in the process mentioned above.
