How to prepare a Stateflow-chart for use on another pc without Stateflow license?

Hello everyone,
i have got a model with a Stateflow chart as a subsystem. I have no idea how to prepare a Stateflow-chart for use on another pc without Stateflow license?
Has anyone an idea?
