I try to run an example in mathwork(px4demo_uORBRead), my board is pixhawk6C.

Also make sure to check your serial communication configuration like:

1. Baud Rate Settings: Baud rate configured in Simulink should baud rate expected by the Pixhawk 6C

2. COM Port Assignent: Verify that the COM port assigned to the Pixhawk 6C is correctly specified in Simulink's External mode settings.
