Request for access to the "Deep learning Toolbox" license

My account is a university educational account, and I understand that I have access to the 'Deep Learning Toolbox' license. However, when I try to install it, a message box appears asking me to contact the administrator. Can you help resolve this?

I'd do what it says. Who gave you the initial information on how to install MATLAB? I'd contact that person or department.

I'm having the same problem. It seems the problem is with MathWorks itself, since the license center page can't even be accessed.
