How the 4th order moment and cumulant of a signal can be computed?

Hello I want to compute the 4th order moment and cumulant of a 27*1 signal. I know the function of 4th order cumulant but i dont know how the summation of it can be 3 dimension. Hope someone help me. Thank you.
