new date in Certificate

i have Certificate in Matlab but the teacher wanted with new date what i can do ?

You probably need to retake the certification.
Because Mathworks is an evolving language, you certify against a particular release of MATLAB. Once MATLAB moves on to a different release, you either have to live without a current certification or else you have to re-do the certification.
