How the after normalization inputs and outputs obtain the actual values needed to optimize

NN automatic normalised inputs and outputs according to scheme y=(ymax-ymin)*(x-zmin)/(xmax-xmin)+ymin .So In order to obtain real value (outputs) to optimisation these output must be multiplied?. HOW ?
