MATLAB USB communication.

I want to communicate USB port of PC by using MATLAB. Instrument control toolbox has limited instruments that it supports. I tried to use the VISA command following the steps given on http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/10109. But it uses Verilog. I only want to use matlab.

Could you clarify? Are you trying to use a USB serial port to connect to a VISA device?
If so then it supposed to be possible. See http://www.mathworks.com/products/instrument/hardware/usb.html
