MATLAB R2014a is initializing but it is not working?

I have installed MATLAB R2014a on windows 8.1, 64 bit OS, lenovo system as per instruction. But when i open to use it, it is initializing for long time and than hangs. I have gone through several articles but still i dont get any solution. Suggest me the procedure to solve this issue as i have to do lot of work on MATLAB.

You would be better off contacting Matlab support than a user forum.
