Creating User-defined block using S-function , legacy code . How to make ports in user-defined block ??

I am trying to make a user defined block to implement transmission line model and then wants to use that in simpower sysstem . What is the best way I can do This . Are there any videos or tutorial on how to create userdefined blocks using legacy code tool . How to make that s functon user defined model as two port input .
