how do I add headings to my table

I converted a cell array into a table using cell2table then used writetable to put it into a text file. It put in default headings on it. How can I change the title of the default headings?

If you do not want the variable names as the headings then you can set 'WriteVariableNames' to false. You can then have the first row of the content be the headings you do want, or you can (in some other way) create the file with the desired headings and use the Range option to write the content below the headings you put in.
