simulink or symbolic toolbox ?
Show older comments
I am learning electronics and i am using a book to solve problems. There are 2 ways to solve the problem since i have MATLAB and simulink
1.using MATLAB symbolic toolbox to write equations by hand and solve
2.using MATLAB simulink to build the system and then just put scope or analysis block to see the result
Which method is the best from your point of view
Ps. Method 2 is much much easier than 1

Symbloic toolbox won't work. Since simulink can't generate C code while running the simulation. Second one should work fine.
