Loading file with '*.e' extention into Matlab

Hello,

I received some data files with the extention *.e. Its EEG signals from Nicolet. I never worked with this data file before, so I do not know the data structure. Is there a way to import the data into MATLAB? I've tried searching for solutions, but I didn't get any help. Thanks!
