'cmd' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

Hello,

I am getting error as while converting Matlab to C. Error is as fallows:

   _41   'cmd' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
   42   operable program or batch file.
   43   NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'cmd' : return code '0x1'
   44   Stop.
   45   The make command returned an error of 2
   46   'An_error_occurred_during_the_call_to_make' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
   47   operable program or batch file._

I have tried all possibilities by adding path in Environmental variables. But still issue is there.

That software is not supported on versions of MS Windows before Windows XP.
